My sleep schedule is fucked

since 2 weeks i try to fix my sleep, but always my dumb mom keeps waking me up after few hours. long enough to can't sleep but short enought to be like zombie
i tried 3 times last 2 weeks i got home exausted from scholl and instantly got to sleep at around 16;30-17;00 and ofc my dumb mom constantly come to my room for some shit and wake me up around 22 so i stay awake till 3 at night and still my sleep is not fixed. i confrontated her and begged to just let me sleep but she dosen't care and keep waking me up. but ofc i am evil bad and sick when i am mad and start to screaming bcs of how miserable my life is
