My Sleep Schedule Is Ruining Me

Slept like 5 hours max last night, and I feel like absolute shit. My eyebags are brutal, my skin looks pale as hell, and my acne is worse than ever. I can literally see how this is aging me. It’s crazy how much sleep affects everything; energy, mood, skin, even motivation.

I keep saying I’ll fix my sleep schedule, but I never actually do it. I need to stop bullshitting and make it a priority. Once I fix my sleep, everything else will fall into place. No more feeling like a zombie every day.

Then do it for fucks sake. Put the phone down, read a book for one hour before in soft light, have some tea or whatever calms you down and as soon as you feel dozing off do it. I know your struggle. Many times I could fix it but instead I read a wiki article about some useless shit. :lul:
