300 mg of ashwaghanda for cortisol and 200 mg of magnesium glycinate for sleep. Lmk what I should add, I'm trying to add to my stack.
What kinda things are you guys running on your stacks? I heard zinc is good but not sure what for besides shooting ropes, which is pointless since I don't have a foid to do that.
