My social anxiety is slowly dissapearing.

Last night I hanged out with some friends and for the first time in my life I experience what it feels like to be completely calm. There was no hint of anxiety.

I think that I'm finally starting to give a shit about everything due to how much physical pain I'm in daily. I can't give a fuck about anyone. I'm not in my head anymore, and I'm actually enjoying my time.

same, i've cured mine through exposure therapy

i've actually become confident in things like public speaking

but now i just need to do the same with talking to women

mine went away when i stopped fapping fr
