If I were a leader, I would do everything I could to increase the female population. This way society would be far more peaceful, happy, stable and I would stay leader for longer. My ideal ratio would be about 10% more women then men. Men are very mal-adapted to the drudgery of modern society and will start revolutions and commit crime/ terrorism if they don't have families. The future is female in my opinion.
