First thing first, always, genetics.
I will first scout a woman with great genetics. To increase the chances of my son having a big dick, I'd have to ask her about her brothers penises (if she had any). Maybe I could manage to do this by giving her the impression that I'm a carefree guy in the first place so she wouldn't be weirded out when I do it. Ask it in a joking manner. Low correlation between height but I guess I can play it safe by picking a tall foid.
Second, prenatal T
I will ensure my wife produce the maximum amount of prenatal T for my son. I'd make her eat red meat, beans, make her workout in the first trimester and then I'd make sure she has low cortisol. Her health would be my priority.
Third, epigenetics
Then I'll do the same to my son. I'd make sure he eats well, foods that boost test production. I'd make him exercise as much as possible. I'd also make him live in a competitive environment, not only would it improve my son mentally, it would also boost his testosterone. I'd make sure he gets enough rest. Good quality sleep. No bullshit junk food, no smoking, drinking, no endocrine disruptors.
If all else fails I'd just rub DHT on that boy's dick and introduce him to PE by 15.
