House is the most oversaturated genre ever. I'm sure the production is great but does your music really stand out? Is there anything distinct or personal about it? If you want recognition, you're more likely to get success from more nicher genres, especially if you can provide your own vocals or unique style. IDM type shit.

Also, soundcloud can be quite good for finding niche communities, their recommendation algorithm is quite good. I guess my advice is more for finding connections with fellow artists rather than garnering a mass following, but the latter comes more down to luck and marketing than it does musical technique, composition, and talent.
