My spine looked curved on an x-ray

1.5 years ago I had an x-ray of my chest when I had chest pain, and my spine looked curved, but I didn't get a proper look

I will hopefully soon get an x-ray for my back and investigate further

Being noticeably curved but not enough for surgery is probably the worst

But until I get a full spine x-ray idk what's going on

Tbh you can get a brace and still be taller by an inch or 2

Bro it’s for any age, if you naturally fix a curve you will grow taller this is basic anatomy

Yes but you can't really fix an adult curve with a brace. Brace is more to guide growth
I suppose wearing it constantly for life could prevent progression, but no one is doing that, and your muscles will probably weaken

Yes that’s definitely true since your muscles won’t need to work in order to support your spine as the brace is doing it
