my stack which i started using today (heightmaxxing)

I spent a long time looking at posts about increasing height and eventually settled on this stack:

mk677 25mg before bed
Aromasin 12.5mg every day
Huperzine A, 300mcg morning and 300mcg night every day

for general bone growth support i use this:

vit d3 5000iu every day
vit k2 180mcg every day
calcium 1000mg every day
msm 1000mg every day (I don't know yet)

I also thought about adding MSM and Glucosamine and Chondroitin but I don't know if it will have any effect, im 15

Yea bro, take mk677 at such a young age when your brain is developing and get brain damage to gain +2cm of height! Go for it!
would replace mk677 with hgh or something else for growth hormone.

correct me if im wrong but some people said it depends on your bodys reaction to hgh injections(androgen receptor sensivity or smth like that i think???) some people surpass their genetic potential up to 2-4 cm with hgh and ai usage but idk really it can be wrong(btw what was the name of the indie game in your profile pic)
