-Drink 500ml of water every 2h throughout the day so by the end of the day I would have consomed 3.5l to 4l. make sure to included all electrolytes either from foods or in powder form.

-Eat more protein, less carbs
Albumin from protein will help keeping blood from leaking to the tissues(face)
Less carb but not no carbs, because carbs is needed for some quick energy. However, if u r studentcel like me carbs might affect your focus more due to its impact on blood sugar(reactive hypoglycemia) and its postprandial hypotensive effect.

I drink the milt to help with sleep
milk might work bc of Trptophan amino acid, precursor to sleep hormone I think.

But if someone react to it with thick mucous then NAC suppplement is excelent for that.

no inflammation?

if I eat chocolate(oxalate) or cake(processed sugar) my joints would hurt from it inflammatory effect.

both, increase BMR with carbs, decrease inflammation by avoiding PUFA

i fixed it, had alot of itching, but it was due to sugar feeding candida, i eliminated candida, no issues after that

candida is natural in our body tho, unless in excess.

Yeah it makes sense since u cut down Candida then it cant feed on sugar u consumed

i never eat refined sugars

sugar comes from fruit honey and starch like potatoes and rice

potatoes has high histamine, and oxalate. Bad for me atleast.

i had an candida overgrowth, due to all the sugar, but i found ways to combat it, now i can eat whatever i want with no issues

you consider potatoes high oxalate? the oxalate concentration varies by source but id consider them moderate. not high for a vegetable
