My Summer Ascension Plan
Pre-Summer context
Im in the final 4 week stretch of my junior year; the most important part of my academic career. In all honest school have never been my cup of tea. I despise studying concepts that have no effective application to my goals, however I would like gain acceptance to a university that will go unnamed to withhold privacy. Its mainly about the location and ease of the university rather than the education itself. I'll make a in depth plan for my uni life once I get accepted. For now, Ive vowed to put in a significant amount of effort into studying for my desired grades.
Pre-Summer conditions
To have an enjoyable summer I need 2 things:
1. sub 12% body fat,
2. clear skin
To achieve being shredded4summer I will pretty much cut out everything. My diet will consist of; raw meat, raw eggs, minimal raw dairy and some fruit.
This will aid in my journey to clear skin, however dairy and excess carbs still make my skin break out, therefore on my trip to japan, in the first week of summer break, I will aim to eat an extremely clean diet consisting primarily of sushi
. Raw sashimi and Raw sushi will be my best friend.
With the increase in walking, sunlight and lack of stress, I believe my skin will clear up very well
I may try a view things here and there however I vow to not consume a single gram of seed oils
Back to Cesme, Turkey
I will be staying in my summer home for the majority of my summer break, I would describe cesme as a small holiday town on Turkey’s Aegean coast, known for its clear blue waters, relaxed vibe, and sunny weather. It’s the perfect place to unwind, stay active with beach walks and swimming
I will avoid describing a routine, because those are for slaves, however Ill set out categories and tasks in those categories:
Food
I will call up multiple small farms and attempt to find one which has an animal who has never been medicated and has only been pasture raised with absolutely no grain being fed to the animal. Ideally a goat. Ill purchase the goat as a whole and slaughter it, then collect its blood, organs and muscle. Some of the animal will rot in a glass jar and the rest will be placed in a fridge. This process will repeat once the goat has been consumed fully
I will not consume anything outside of the raw flesh of the goat, fruit, raw eggs, water and raw milk from the same farm
Ill eat when I feel like it
Socialisation
Making friends
I will attempt to make friends in my gym. Gym culture is very strong in turkey and gymcels are giga popular here. The best part is that they are low inhib enough to the point all of them are on a Mr Olympia steroid cycle. I will get close to a group like this in my gym and this is how ill get roids.
I am also close friends with 2 girls who are twins. One is a mtb and the other is stacylite. Ill continue meeting up with them by making plans in order to meet their friends. the power of a htn, mtb and stacy lite trio can not be understated!
Joining a club is my last option. My options are MMA and Gymnastics. MMA gives you unparrareled convidence and being able to do this shit is pure aura farming
Becoming a waiter
With the advice of @Clavicular ill take up a job as a part time waiter at a local restaurant, which will help me become lowinhib and NT. I will probably do it for free since the wages in Turkey are so brutally low that id rather use my experience as a waiter as a charity experience to put on my resume. My goal here is to get as many social interactions as possible.

Ill be out most of the day walking around and exploring cesme and join the clubs i mentioned before for gymnastics and MMA

I will purchase the roids from gymcel friends

- Testosterone injected 50mg ED (titrate up to 100mg depending on how I feel)
- Aromasin 6.5mg ED
- HGH 4 IU ED
- Pre workout - Anavar 30mg
extras:
- Accutane 50mg ED
- HCG 500iu ED (last 3 weeks of cycle and 1 week further)
I may pussy out of the roid cycle cause I dont wanna shut down my natural T production
Misc drugs: nicotine in the form of ciggs/shisha for social settings
