Im 15 years old and I wrestle and work out a lot(weight training and cardio). The supplements that I take are overpowered.
In the morning I take regular stuff
Vitamin d+k2
Zinc
B complex
C (from OJ)
Creatine (Increases DHT)
Cordyceps (increase atp, turn you into an olympian) 
Then before a workout
Beta alinine
Intra workout - karbolyn(dextros but better)
 
And at night
Magnesium
Boron
I drink 2-4 L of water with 2 liquid IV’s to stay hydrated. Overall the boosts in energy, drive, and mental wellbeing make shit way more simple.
