I have a double problem i think
My surgeon don't seems an expert on eyes and wants to do something weird
I have slight pockets and at the same time a tear trough. My face is a bit like Sean O pry. The pocket is however much more prominent

What he wants to do is to fill the cheek with fat graft and a bit of the tear trough like this (blue lines)

On this guy, it looks great because there was a hollow under the eyes, but me I have pockets like on opry photos
I thought he was going to talk about removing the little fat on my under eyes pockets but no (red circles)
Imagine putting fat graft under sean o pry pockets (imagine the pockets more prominent also).
Would he look better ?

Is he high IQ for this or not ? what do yall think ?
I personnaly think he is too low-inhib to do both interventions (fat graft of the tear trough + removing the little pockets) at once...

Migration is not common, don't make it sound like it happens everytime. If you choose an experienced practicioner, get injected with a stump cannula and u don't get overfilled, the filler is not likely to migrate.

I don't know any "fat fillers"... I know you can get fat grafts. But those can cause lumps as well, and they are permanent unlike hyaluronic acid fillers that can be dissolved.

Risks like lumps are not a problem as long as you don't approch the think layer of the under eye
It only happen if the surgeon doesn't go deep enough in the fat pad and put fat graft at the surface (of the fat pad)
