Explain, so you saying surgery is pointless and this what I should look like?

I know I’m talking about myself though. He can be fixed easily, but with an ugly phenotype and overall ugly bones, it’s over for me indeed

No it is not jfl your maxilla is not even recessed

DM me a pic, you can't tell if your pheno is truly bad if you're recessed

Good luck what are the movements for bsso genio and lefort? (Cuz it's bimax + genio so lefort bsso and genio right)? Are you getting downgrafting of maxilla or cw rotation? How long did you have to wear braces before? Or can you choose to do surgery first?

Thanks, Im in the orthodontic stage hoping to be ready for August , my orthodontist and surgeon wants to confirm the final movements once the teeth are in positon, but i have been told the bsso will be 14mm. Hoping we can higher tbh. Overall its a massive surgery.

Their will be a cw rotation and downgrafting of the maxilla.

I started braces in like Sept 2020. My case didn't allow surgery first, which i prefer it has given me time to continue to research and imo unlocks bigger movements.
