i fucking hate my lower 3rd every other portion of my face is fine besides my lower 3rd it looks like some homeless methed out tweakers lower 3rd anyways
im planning on getting surgery when i turn 18 i have the money im just going to wait until im older this is what i plan to get

Sliding Genioplasty to fix my chin obv
possibly a BSSO i havent fully decided yet prob not tho
jaw implants

should i just get chin implants or what ive seen people discuss sliding genioplasty vs chin implants

its really just my short lower 3rd i care about and my short fucking chin

if anyone else has any better ideas or has any real results with chin impants vs sliding genioplasty lmk which would be better
