My take on facial hair - Growing a Goatee

This thread will cover the importance and viability of growing a Goatee.

I think this is pretty variable given how most actors of the Golden Period of Hollywood rocked the clean shave and are considered handsome even now. Alain Delon is better looking clean shaven too and he is from the 60s.
Gregory Peck and Rock Hudson were clean shaven. Toshiro Mifune was clean shaven when he had to look dapper. Clint Eastwood had the same thing going on. This stuff changes tune from time to time

thoughts on dying your facial hair if possible? I can grow facial hair pretty quickly but im too young to be having it atm but for the future could i dye it or would it look weird? because mine is blonde

Goateemaxxing Can easily hide your long philtrum. Gandy hides his long philtrum with one too. His chin-to-philtrum ratio is still great, but a "longish" philtrum still looks shit IMO. Adds dimorphism to the face. Makes you look more "dark", which is ideal. Better coloring (if dark goatee)...

Facial hair is one of the only things apart from bones that can add dimorphism. Having a dark and clean goatee just mogs.

2. Coloring

The Goatee will improve your coloring. Most "moggers" look a lot worse without the ideal perfect coloring, which a Goatee can surely boost.

3. Frauding chin height and philtrum

Just keep the chin hair a bit longer if you want to fraud additional chin height and the moustache a bit thicker to hide a long philtrum.
Especially good for people with short lower thirds and long philtrums.

4. No risks​

The Goatee won't have any downsides.

Won't disturb the appearance of your hollow cheeks. Also won't "reduce your appeal" to younger girls. Facial hair isn't niche, obviously still depends on the type of facial hair.

The only way a Goatee could potentially cause problems, is if you already have perfect bones. Since you are on this forum that won't be the case anyway.
