Hello good friends , this is what I’ve been doing to get tan asf in literally 3 weeks. Have had so many friends and family ask me how the fuck I got so tan so quick. This stack/protocol tries to limit sun damage as much as possible while still becoming stepanov/paul walker levels of tan.
Also… b4 u replicate this just know NO TRETINOIN OR ACCUTANE this will cause so much more damage due to increased photosensitivity
PSA: I’m definitely aging myself still, but I feel as this is the best way to limit damage.
I look so much better with a tan so fuck it, who cares if I have one more wrinkle at 46, probably won’t fucking make it anyways.
Morning:
-Put on tinted sunscreen so by the time I actually tan it’s starting to wear off but will still protect my skin a tad.
Pre Tan (2 hours b4)
-400 mcg MT (intranasally) from amino asylum, great source tbh arrives so quick in US. 2 hours before so the receptors have time to activate, most people fuck this up and tan instantly after injection/nasal spray. That is a huge mistake and ur missing out on so many gains ( I used to do the same)
-15 min red light therapy, prepping the skin for sun exposure
-Antioxidants (Vitamin C, astaxthin, vitamin E, NAC)
-Carotenoids: Beta carotene
Actual Tan:
-flirt with the planet fitness person running the front desk (usually blackgymmax)
- Choose booth because it’s stronger than bed and idk something about laying down on people’s sweat disgusts me
-Start low like 3 min and work ur way up until ur at ur perfect tan u want to stay at. Then it will just be tanning for 9 min biweekly with this protocol and you will be set to maintain it.
Post-Tan
-20 min red light therapy
-More antioxidants, same as listed above. + Coq10 (mitochondrial heath)
-Staying hydrated as absolute shit
-GHK-Cu
-another reup dose of 400 mcg MT2, gotta keep those melanocytes active as much as possible
-bunch of moisturizer/hyaluronic acid so face doesn’t dry the fuck out, ruining the tan.
-50 mg of melatonin before bed, stimulates production of melanin on top of the melanotan 2.
-Prob cope but I like to drink bone broth before bed as well, makes me feel better abt the lost collagen in my future
-And one of the most important things, 8-9 hours of sleep. Most of the tanning process happens in your deep sleep.
