My teach caught me using AI what do I do?

My teacher assigned us like essays and youngot to choose how many you wanted to do based off the grade tou wanted, You needed four for an A but you can do six and have some buffer room of they suck.

I choose all six and then procrastinated and realized it was wayyy too much work ontop of what i already had to do so i cheated and used AI

My teacher emailed me and some other classmates abt how she would liked to talk about our essays and my freinds said they got yelled at by her for using AI

What is the best thing to do? Do i come clean or do i pretend i talk like a robot?

PLEASE HELP ME I NEED A 4.00 AND I HAVE AN 87 IN THIS CLASS
