My test levels

Free test = 0.494 nmol/L
SHBG = 46.4 nmol/L
Albumin = 52 g/L

Is this good for 17 year old male. Done from a home blood kit which I sent to a lab (probably v innaccurate jfl )how can I increase free and/or total testosterone because I have symptoms of low test like hard to gain muscle, low mood/energy often and I’m not a confident guy at all and suffer from anxiety, I’m also a cortisolcel so I think I can improve my levels, any thoughts or tips?

Bloodwork is cope and optimizing natty levels are also cope. Start injecting test asap
