My test results came in (the state of a 21 year old "male" in 2025)

It's absolutely over guys. It honestly explains everything mentally related that happened to me this last 3 months or so and the low muscle mass I have. I have 400ng/dl test and my TSH is pretty high as well (3.52 mUI/L) JFL at bluepilled doctors telling me it's normal range NO ITS NOT 1000 WAS NORMAL 50 YEARS AGO, also I need my TSH to be sub1. Things I'm gonna do starting RIGHT NOW:
-workout a bit everyday (will start with calisthenics to lose body fat and switch to weight training in 6 months) + HIIT on rest days
-bump my daily steps from 1000 to 8000
-Sunlight as much as possible except during peak UV hours
-optimise sleep (I sleep 4 hours a day I need to get to 8-9 hours everything more is overkill+ quality mogs quantity), I
-reduce cortisol (stop procrastinating+ other stuff, ironically I need to leave this website for a few months tbh)
-do cope stuff like cold showers (short ones) and icing balls (don't care if it doesn't work will do anyway)
-Now for body I'm 20% bf so fuck it I'm gonna cut anyway 500 kcal daily deficit
-diet: cutting carbs seems to be retarded I'll just stop eating processed shit and eat balanced
-supplements stack (again might be cope but I don't care at this point)
-my cholesterol is high but I'm still gonna eat eggs for iodine and will implement iodinised table salt (important for TSH)
-stop jerking off every day +no porn tbh (nofap seems cope but noporn +dopamine regulation seems legit)
-will try to lower serotonin aswell
-might try boxing and play tennis like I did before ( seriously when I was competing I felt high T af)
-stop rotting in general and sitting in front of a computer screen
-cutting useless SSRI (seriously they are fucking useless and fuck me up)

Honestly it's no wonder why I feel like absolute shit high inhib and cortisol RN and JFL at bluepilled parents and doctors.
Will do an update in 6 months after having implemented all this to see my hormones levels when at optimal bf percentage. Also I wanted to test Estrogen but bluepilled doctors wouldn't let me.

Let's see how much I can gain from going from shit lifestyle to good one, if I'm sub 800 ng/dl after having implemented all this I'm gonna stop coping and inject

also does low T result in shit skin and collagen? My collagen seems to have been nuked this last 3 months because of drop in T tbh

do you live a good lifestyle? Mine is horrible but I have the worst possible one
 
I have a poor lifestyle.

And I can’t grow a beard
beard has nothing to do with test levels btw. Dolph lundgren is high T af and can't grow one

I know it adds dimorphism but there are so many Low T moggers. I know it affects muscle growth tho big time
prenatal T and receptors are more important
 
send complete blood report. did you check ft3, ft4, insulin, lipids? did you check low test is not an fsh, lh problem? did you check cortisol? etc etc
