Clinics have slightly different reference ranges. If you wanna get an accurate result get it done via LC/MS-MS method not CMIA or ECLIA etc.

Reference range shouldn't be thought of as "normal range". The reference range might include low numbers for statistical reasons. Most endocrinologists would consider it borderline low. Normal tends to line in the middle of the reference range.

No I'm saying the lower numbers on the reference range are not normal but borderline low. You're testosterone if I had to guess would lay somewhere around 580-620, which is pretty much average.
