A herculean task, that is what keeping a woman is after you've initially attracted her and are in a LTR.
I have a vague theory based on my own experiences which is as follows :
You NEED to keep mingling with other women, it doesn't even need to be in a sexual or flirty manner, simply being in the presence and hanging out with other women.
First here is my input, me being a high IQ gent I was pretty good at accounting in uni and we had a small class and everybody knew eachother, the grand majority of people in my class were struggling with accounting (lazy bastards) and one day like 10 girls from the class asked me to give them lessons, so we proceed to book a classroom and I teach them (chad activities i know), after that they all want to thank me so they basically invite me to some restaurant and I sit there and eat with like 8 chicks (pretty cool I know) and so I happen to come back later from school than I should have. When I come home my then gf asks what was happening which I proceed to explain :
Now at that moment, I can see the insecurities and fear light up in her eyes. She seems nervous and a bit irritated, starts asking a bunch of questions about who they are and how they look (the girls) etc...
Miraculously, the following days, she is more affectionate, wants me to take her out to eat which I do (same place where I eat with the girls jfl) and there seems to be overall more attraction.
Now why is this, well certainly if it isn't clear enough it certainly will be now ; as insecurities and jealousy and fear start to spawn in the woman's mind, she will exert much effort in trying to "keep" you for herself and outcompete the other women. This is obviously because of fear of losing you, you gained more value because other women are interested in you, and even better if you are not the one to start the interactions and events.
Obviously this is maybe only one part of the whole "scheme", don't get me started on the amount of effort and thinking you have to do to keep a woman, it's fucked up, I know. Why we have to do all this effort for a reward that we don't even know if it is worth anything, that's something to ponder, but it's not like we have a choice anyway.
In essence it's sad that you have to make your woman insecure and scared for her to stay with you but that's just how the game is. As I don't think we will ever go back to the nuclear family sadly this is now the world we live in and what we have to do. Ideally you would like to have a woman that never gets bored of you, but we know that does not exist, even a morbidly obese 2PSL creature will get bored of you after enough time.
Now I'm warning you the reader that will get into relationships, do not do the same mistake as I did and stop actively talking and mingling with women, as this led me to losing the attraction from my ex. That's how it is, whatever your gf tells you to stop doing, continue doing it (fuck what a retarded but kinda true sentence).
