My theory on "looksflation"

This theory may be fully true partially true or not at all let me know what you think and give me feedback

My theory is the attractiveness averaging theory (just made that up ik it sounds dumb)

so basically we take alot of ppl we see and kinda average them out and the average will be the kinda midpoint when looking at people
This is very flawed nowadays but worked in the past here's why
Before social media and shit people would only see a few very very attractive people in their life but mostly average people let's call the average people true 5's now the true 5's would be a little offset by the a
Very attractive people when taking them into consideration with the person average outlook but it would easily be weighed down by the ugly people they have seen in their lives
So their midpoint in attractiveness would be closer to a true five also because they barley saw an attractive person unless they knew them or grew up with them or lived around them so they might not even be taken into consideration.
Now social media enters
They are seeing lots of very attractive people over amd over again it offsets their balance and true 5's becomes 3 or 4 on their scales its a slow but steady decline into making normal people ugly because instead of comparing them to others in their town they are comparing them to handpicked moggers
This might sound weird but it makes sense in my head
Also this is not an excuse as I am not close to a true 5 and many of you guys aren't you cannot blame hypergamy if she simply doesnt want to date very ugly people I have accepted this I know I dont deserve anyone an im not owed anything this is a sad reality but a true one the sooner you realize that if your ugly you dont deserve anything the sooner you will stop becoming so angry but this theory also makes it harder for normal looking people to find a girlfriend but im sure we subconsciously do it aswell you think this is just a girl thing? Most likely not. But yeah i think that this might be a explanation of the looksflation stuff you see alot about but idk let me knoe your thoughts
