i honestly think that keeping it simple and bare bones may be the best thing that you do for your skin/face.

i think #1 for me though is being calm, and not having stress in my life. every time i try hard in life my skin/face gets fucked. and you can visibly see it on my face, enlarged pores, more wrinkles, acne etc. i'm more drier as a whole, and my hair is less healthy too.

that's why for me being calm maxxing/no stress/relax has to be the #1 anti looksmin for me

#2 would be diet, and it's kinda hard because i lack discipline. all junk food + sugar seems to give me acne, so cutting it out results in a clear complexion for me. i'm not a gym maxxer, i don't care about weight, so honestly i try to just not eat as much too. again, keeping it simple again, just eating food that you're sure won't cause you acne seems to be key.

#3 would be not being out in the sun i guess. i'm not completely sure whether or not if the sun rly is that detrimental to your skin, but i guess it's better to just not take the risk.

other than that, i have drier skin, so i try to limit showers. kinda gross, but my skin is better when i'm not showering daily.

Skincare can give you the glow your natural face cant

tretinoin + beta caretone/lycopene + good moisturiser and spf. Anything else is excess

I think moisturiser is unnecessary for those with oily skin

nah even more necessary, chances are if your skin is oily your skin barrier is dehydrated and needs moisture. You just need a water based moisturiser
