I've programmed my brain for years to lay down and scroll on this app...

to the point where watching YOUTUBE feels like a chore.


I've spent over a year of my life on TikTok I'm sure - an app that gave me nothing, taught me nothing.

If I had spent 10% of this time learning a skill, I would've been an expert at something.
