The first 3 chapters of this book should lowkey be mandatory reading for rotting on offtopic because everyone here is suffering from some consequence of high mutational load which makes integrating into society while acting naturally difficult if not impossible (The big 3 of course being chopped, acoustic, or having mentally unstable baseline)
A lot of this book will be water to longtime org users (especially the chapters on the bitchless and the pdfs, waste of time
) but there is a lot of elite ball knowledge buried in here. I will outline my top 10 quotes here, in order of how much they changed my mindset on the subject matter.
#1 - ORIGINS OF POSITIVE EVOLUTIONARY PRESSURE ON SEXUAL DEVIANCY / SUBLIMATION PILL
It can be evolutionarily advantageous to have a set of repressed sexual deviants roaming your society, because repressed sexual desire has often been a primary driver of great achievements and inspirational feats (back before all these mind rotting copes existed). 1-5% of men being gay was basically free gains for group selection because it translated to an increase in repressed desire with no decrease in birth rate. Nowadays, this phenomenon has been rendered useless because sexual deviancy is slowly being normalised and integrated into daily life, and there is plenty of repressed sexual desire to go around amongst the 'normals' (but the slop/rot keeps the sexless at bay).

There is far more influence to be gained on the gene pool through inspiration than there ever was by simply fucking (unless you are on that Genghis Khan timing). If your actions cause other people 'like you' (in terms of ethnicity, temperament, mindset) to have more kids, you are in effect passing on a lot of 'your genes' through commonality - even if you die alone. Or in the case of many leftists, you can actually have negative kids by corrupting the minds of otherwise 'regular' people in a way that causes them to breed less.
#3 - ON THE FAILURE TO LOCATE THE 'GAY GENE' / PRETTYBOY HAS BEEN LAW
In short, permanent homosexuality in men is believed to be primarily caused by an overexposure to estrogens in utero. There can't really be a 'gay gene' because there are many potential avenues, including just straight up having too many older brothers (as the odds of an immune reaction causing a mass release of estrogen into the womb increase with every male pregnancy). This immune reaction may have been positively selected for because it acts as a hedge against intra-societal conflicts which are likely to occur when the male proportion of a population gets too high.
#4 - IT'S NOT TOO HARD TO DESTABILISE A SOCIETY / 20 PERCENT PILL
This explains why (
) some people keep pushing out slop media designed to make people be docile and consume despite 'almost nobody liking that shit'. They only need around 20% of people to actually be diehard consoooooomers before decay sets in and regular people start feeling FOMO if they don't consume. In fact, many propaganda campaigns that started out seemingly 'dumb and obvious rage bait' eventually imprinted on the psyche of regular people because all the opps really needed to start the domino effect was to convince the dregs of their message's value.
#5 - INTENTIONAL PROMOTION OF BAD DOGMA CAN BE GOOD FOR MAINTAINING SOCIAL COHESION
Basically, the positive benefits of group alignment vastly outweigh the downsides of allowing 'excessively disruptive rationalists' (such as the lovely denizens of offtopic) to influence the discourse. Which means intentionally promoting wrong ideas (that most people lowkey know are wrong) can ensure that only those people whose desire to further group interests outweighs their desire to be right are given acceptance. Of course, this method can backfire spectacularly if you push too many wrong ideas, and adversaries are able to expose the pack of lies - causing everyone who wasn't 'in on the method' to question if their entire life is a lie. But I'd bet you can find many example of this method being used by every major empire.
#6 - SEXUAL ORIENTATION PLASTICITY / DIDDY PILL
Don't think I need to say much about this one, if you've read the 800th 'liking femboys is totally straight u guys' offtopic thread for the year, you'll know just how trve this is. At least the existence of femboys is useful for preventing pederasty
I appreciated them pulling up actual evidence which shows women will start switching teams when Chad becomes unavailable, whereas men will typically have to be reduced to no options at all before they start bussy maxxing

Unfortunately, this does not appear to be reversible. You're not going to be able to bring back true natural selection, the only hope I have left is for some kind of an AI takeover to idiot proof society.
#8 - HIGH ANALYTICAL INTELLIGENCE OFTEN COINCIDES WITH LOW INTUITIVE INTELLIGENCE / GOOD AT SCHOOL IS NOT A FLEX
I read this before @Sloppyseconds dropped his classic thread on emotional debt, which illustrates the insidious problems of having an overactive mind far better than this book. But yeah, being good at slow time executive functions can actually make you worse at quick time functions. Which was helpful to know because people have consistently made fun of me for having poor instincts, wondering if allat school 'even taught me anything'. I guess not

Water tribalism pill lowkey, but the accumulation of low level stress from having to constantly fine tune your movements to interact with all different types of people really does eat away at you, and I feel like most city guys never consider this to be the reason why they always feel so exhausted. They probably think it's 5G towers, chemtrails, seed oils and flouride or whatever.
