125g blueberry 71 cal
One plate chicken breast, like 140-200cal or
1 coconut, 300-400 calories according to random AI i found. Says a young coconut, idk wtf a "young" coconut is but it says older and more mature coconuts have higher calories. But my coconut was small so i think its young
But according to google it says a coconut is 1.4k calories which is prob not true. Prob included the meat too which is the outside.
Total: 571 if i take the highest cal possible options
Now i will spend the rest of the day drinking mineral water which is 0cal
Weird thing i didnt eat anything until 7pm today and i wasnt hungry at all.
Also fuck coconuts, was very unnecessary to eat, i just wanted to try it after a long time and thought it was low cal but nah. Never eatin coconut again.
Even if a coconut is 1.4k i close the day with 1.671 calories, but its not 1.4k cal prob.
