Okay so I have been doing some more research since my last post, and this is my new updated winter ascension plan
These are my current biggest failos (ranked from most to least serious)
-My pale skin
-My shitty hair
-My slight acne
-My bloated face
-My poor fashion
-My light eyebrows/lashes
-My neck
Yes I have every failo known to man
Tanning (MT2)
-I will pin 250mg the first 2 days
-500mg daily until I am satisfied with my tan
-Maintain with 500mg every Wednesday + Sunday
-Will also try and be outside a lil each day
Nice textured hair
-I live in Sweden so to be accepted you gotta run haircuts like these:
(Yes I know a gigaslayer is rocking the haircut
)
-I will let my hair grow out until mid-november
-I will get a loose perm (and claim I just used sea salt spray to classmates
)
-I will maybe dye my hair dark brown over the winter
Clear Skin
-I will follow my skincare routine:
Morning
Sunscreen SPF 50%+
Night
Cleanser
Rice milk (since everyone called it cope
)
2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant
Topical Tretinoin (still haven’t gotten it yet and it’s been 2 months, might have been seized
)
Moisturiser
-I am also working on cutting out all sugar, since it fries my damn skin
-I am derma stamping the skin near my nose, my lips, and my eyebrows, and on those days i don’t do the 2% Liquid Exfoliant (since chatgpt said it was dangerous
)
Sharp Face
- I will eat a 3:1 ratio of sodium to potassium (currently i take a potassium pill morning and night, and just avoid junk food
)
- I will cut out junk food as I said
- I will drink 2-3l of water daily
- I will ingest 1000% of daily recommended C-vitamin
- I will swallow with my tongue, not my cheek muscles (Jester Patel method
)
- I am considering cutting soon, I just turned 17 and according to the height test thingy I am at 4.2, with 5 being adult. Idk if this is dumb or not though
Fashionmaxxing
- I will pick up some more high quality pieces from Ralph Lauren (as soon as I get my paycheck)
- I will also order more pairs of jeans, since I only got one nice pair of jeans rn
- I will buy some more accessories, since all I got is a metal bracelet and a thin chain atm
These go super hard imo, need like 4 of these

Better Eyebrows + Lashes
- I will dye my eyebrows and eyelashes 2 shades darker
-I just got a serum called “Long4lashes” which didn’t require a prescription, and I will be applying that every night to upper and lower lashline, will report results
Bigger Neck
- I will do 3 sets of neck curls every other day (from my bed since it’s too embarrassing to do in the gym
)
- I will also do PPL in the gym as usual
So my full routine will look something like this
-Wake up 6:30
-Shower
-Full fraud routine:
Comb n style my hair
Cleanse my face
Put on concealer for undereyes
Setting powder
Waterline pen contouring (shoutout @Clavicular for the method
)
Curl eyelashes
Brow gel
-Eat quark + maybe coffee (NOT sandwiches I need to beat the goyslop addiction
)
-Take creatine, a multivitamin, a zink pill, a c-vitamin tablet and the beta carotene pill
-Slave through school, sipping on water and avoiding junk food
-Gymmaxx with my buddies (best part of the day
)
-Eat dinner
-Do 3 sets of neck training to failure (every other day)
-Walk the dog listening to clavicular yt vids
-Do more research/lurk on skool communities
-Dye my eyebrows + lashes (if needed ofc
)
-Wash out hairproducts, bb cream ect
-Night routine (20:30)
Brush teeth
Derma stamping nose area + eyebrows
Do skincare
Apply long4lashes on upper and lower lashline
Put coconut oil on teeth
Pin MT2
Mouth tape
-Sleep 9 hours
Things I am planning to interpret into the future:
-Topical minoxidil, I thought about getting oral minox at first but apparently it bloats you like crazy, so I will just do dermastamping + oral minox on my eyebrows
-GHK-CU, I am still kinda on the fence about ordering this, my skin isn't my biggest failo but it is definitely not filter-tier. Might combine this with my MT2 order, still not fully sure
(if anyone reading this uses/has used ghk-cu, lmk if it's worth the money and daily injections)
