this is my current situation

this is how my eyes naturally look, now i will post a picture where my eyes are fully open (like a shock stare) same angle different lighting

in the second picture i belive my eyes look more normal, at least for my area , since im from europe and almond /rounder eyes are the normality

a possibile fix is to make my eyebrows straighter

Never heard of this procedure in my life, seeing as your eyebrows tilt is reflective of your orbital positioning, why would you want to get rid of your aggressive look at replace it with a docile one?
