Best split known to mankind thanks to yotalk, been running it on a 3.5 freq with wrestling practice on 3.5 freq aswell

ngl I cheated on it yesterday I did everything but leg.
I can’t skip leg, unilateral leg extensions are so dope I can’t wait to max out the machine unilaterally

Plates loaded machines are so much more superior, hack squat + leg extension, Rdl + leg curls & abductors/ adductors & calve raises is all u need for a leg day that’s what I’ve been doing lately & this shit fun as fuck almost as fun as sparring
