Since my maintenance is 2400, I will eat around 1900-2000 calories daily and aim for 180+ protein. I already have meal plans ready.
Walking home from school will burn around 250 calories. Then I’ll walk for an hour at the gym on an incline treadmill to burn around 400-500 calories.
I will train my three chosen lifts (bench squat powerclean) 3 times a week and accessories 2 times a week with no change in how I train (low reps heavy weight progressive overload)
I will also take a low dose of reta
I’m going to start when football season ends, around the second week of November. It should last 2-3 months, and I expect to lose at least 20 pounds

Start: 210 & 26%
End: 190 & 21%
