I always seen the "fucked up left shoulder" videos on tiktok and laughed at them because I never got anything like that.

Today, i was doing shoulder press, and i could just feel my left rotator cuff jolting out. It hurt so much and i shat my pants right there. Couldn't do shoulders for the rest of the workout.

Funny thing is i didn't even reach absolute failure, literally only did 8 reps with low weight ~35kgs
