My worst side effects of leanmaxxing

Stretch marks from losing weight (goes away with a lot of protein and vitamin c)

Bad breath no matter what. Even brushing 3 times a day + floss will not help

Insomnia, can't sleep much (4-5 hours maximum)

Headaches, head is always pulsating

Always cold even during warm weather

Weakness, cant lift as much as before

Nausea (important to eat a little if this is happening)

This is what I am feeling from leanmaxxing.... but it is worth it, indeed.

The base for any looksmaxxing is to have lean bf. You have to suffer for months before you can even be at the base level of looksmaxxing

Then you can gauge your physique, bones, frame and such. You cant do that while being some bloated animal

what do you eat a day as per regimen for leanmaxxing or do you just starve ?
 
Why would it case headache and insomnia? At first instance I don't see the corelation.

The cold is the worsw thing. Genuinely the only thing tht makes me feel like blasting roids again.

8 Eggs 560 calories (56 gram protein)
Can of Tuna 160 calorie (39gram protein)
500 calorie of Cottage Cheese (40gram protein)
2 Glass of Milk 250 calories (20gram of protein)
2 Glass of Juice 300 calories
Two chicken breast 400 calories (60 gram of protein)

+ 25,000 steps walked minimum daily (1500 burned calories roughly)

= Insane weight loss
