my wrist is fucked up

i fell/slipped a couple days ago and tried to break the fall with my hand but now everytime i twist it in a counterclockwise or even clockwise rotation it fucking stings in like the part where the bone connects with the hand
so over im too brok for doctors and shit, im just gonna tape this shit

you may have torn a ligament. if it causes shooting pain then its pretty serious and you need to get it checked. it could cause permanent long term damage if left untreated. not tryna scare you just saying
