Research suggests that myo-inositol, and potentially D-chiro-inositol, can specifically augment mandibular growth, particularly the length of the mandible and the thickness of the mandibular condylar cartilage, without affecting other body parts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Here's a more detailed explanation: [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
• Myo-inositol and Mandibular Growth: [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
• Studies in mice and rabbits have shown that nutritional supplementation with myo-inositol during the growth period leads to increased mandibular length and thickness of the mandibular condylar cartilage. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
• This effect is specific to the mandible and does not appear to impact body weight, length, maxilla, or femur length. [2, 3, 5]
• One study found that myo-inositol supplementation resulted in about a 4.7% augmentation of mandibular length. [1]
• The research suggests that myo-inositol may be a potential clinical tool for augmenting mandibular growth in patients with mandibular retrognathism. [2]
• D-chiro-inositol: [6, 7]
• While the research is more focused on myo-inositol, some studies suggest that D-chiro-inositol may also play a role in regulating ovarian steroidogenesis and may be involved in glycogen synthesis and storage. [6, 7]
• How it Works: [7, 8]
• Myo-inositol is thought to aid in regulating insulin levels and improving metabolic processes, which may contribute to its effects on growth. [7, 8]
• It also appears to enhance chondrocytic differentiation, the process by which cartilage cells develop. [9]
• Potential Clinical Use: [2]
• The findings suggest that myo-inositol could be a beneficial supplement for augmenting mandibular growth in growing patients with mandibular retrognathism. [2]
• However, further research is needed to fully understand the mechanisms and potential applications of myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol in this context. [2, 6]

might honestly work if you're under 18

Yeah check study, around 30% average but in growing animals. No testing in adult
Might as well try it, but I’ve seen studies showing it lower test… so not sure, but give it a try man. U only live once, u can always boost testosterone
