Is it possible to cure myopia without surgery?
In 2016 i had -0.7.
In 2017 i had -1.5.
In 2018 and 2019, I wasn’t tested, but I noticed that after 20-30 minutes of an active walk on a bright sunny day, I see the street perfectly, myopia disappears, but in the rooms my eyesight falls anyway.

Your myopia was never that strong. Probably just placebo.

Try saying that when you have 3+ in both eyes.

this could be outdated, but there was some chinese research showing that myopia is due to chronic lack of exposure to adequate daylight.
that's why it is often observed in people who play video games, study a lot, etc.

i doubted you cured your myopia.

you're just seeing better outside with better light, which makes sense

Lmao I'm - 7.5

going outside made mine better

You may have night myopia. Sunlight should not improve normal myopia. In every classroom I'm always that guy who turns on all the light and everyone gets mad at me because they like the darkness lol. I have a legit reason to do so.
