I havent got a hair cut since the first pic was taken and I got braces which have straightened my crowded teeth

are there any noticable diffrences?

I have cut sugar from my diet and fast foods

I had fasted multiple times


I do not know what to do
 
If you have to ask if there's a noticeable difference then there's no difference

You’re eating too much or not working out seriously. It’s not as complicated as the “I’m eating so little and can’t lose any weight :(“ crowd likes to make it seem. 99% of it is calories in/calories out. If you can’t drop any weight, then you’re not eating below your maintenance, simple as that. Track your calories and you’ll probably find out even if you’re not eating a lot of meals that the food you are eating is really calorie dense.

I am six foot and currently weigh about 170 lb

Without getting any exercise, your maintenance calories are about 2100/day. You say you’re between 1800-2200 and let’s be honest you’re most likely closer to 2200 on most days. So no wonder you’re not losing any weight? You either need to start working out to burn more calories while eating like or eat like 1700-1800 every day

Count calories. That's all that matters. Eat 500 below your surplus, if that doesnt work, eat 700 below your surplus. It will melt off.
