OP your best bet is trying dut, getting oral min from indiamart, getting RU from anageninc (won't be confiscated), and getting a hair system if none of this works or you're unwilling. Then maybe you can hope for some new treatment in the next few years. A transplant will cuck you if that happens as the native hairs will be destroyed
