Squats start to get beta
OHP> bench imo

Barbell rows are good for building a v taper as well
Yea I do both but focus specialisation on OHP because more bang for buck
Although it’s progression is aids
Barbell rows are underrated tbh hardly see anybody do them in the gym

I like to do 3 minutes of rest

bench press, squat, deadlift are the main moments

Also pullups, ohp and barbell row

On the push day I hit Heavy bench and moderate weight OHP once a week and heavy OHP, moderate bench once a week
What I meant is that moderate weight is around 10-12 reps while heavy is 4-6 reps

yeah a bit but not really heavy ones cos he was light weight mainly calisthenics (cope)
calisthenics are for slayers I can do 175lb ohp but only 8 pike push ups

It is the most alpha exercise. You're doing something with additional weight that the large majority of the population can't even do with their own bodyweight.

Pull downs is incel cope replace with pull-ups ASAP
i can't do more then one pull up tho, so im just going to waste months of back progress until i do them fully. Plus it's harder to do them with 20% bf
