There was this thread a little ago where someone was talking about that they did every possible eye soft max and whatnot and they finally found the holy grail and it was some minimally invase surgery in the upper eyelid where when it's done it fully drops the eyelid and makes it hooded. OP said that sometimes during other surgery's the surgeon does it anyway but it was like cutting something and it just fully gets rid of the uee.
