I’m talking about just skin not about hair loss

Things I’ve thought of now

smoking
Drinking
Bad diet
Tanning
Spending to long in the sun without protection

also heard that blue light ages you or something like the light from phones, tvs, computers etc, would the solution for that to turn on the orange tint thing? Turn on night shift?

Good one

luckily I’ve never had cofee and don’t plan on trying it, would high blood sugar just be caused by eating to much sugar, like cake, lollies, etc

yeah. processed carbs like certain breads & cereal are also pretty bad.
Fuarkkk, I need to stop eating bread so much, I have toast everyday

any good substitute? I have it for breakfast and just as a snack

what could I replace it with?

Stress. I’ve been really stressed out the past month almost every day, and it has affected my skin negatively. Especially my pores are much larger even though I follow the same good skincare routine, look more bloated/saggier and tired. Stress can also age you quicker

I’ve heard stress ages people aswell

any things that can reduce stress? I find going on walks or walking the dog helps

I guess you just need to find the root cause

Might get my cortisol levels tested aswell

There's nothing wrong with coffee, it's pretty beneficial and high blood sugar is pretty unspecific, levels vary throughout the day similarly to other bodily functions/hormones

diabetes is a metabolic disease caused by PUFAs/oxidative stress though

It's bad if you drink it with empty glycogen stores like in the morning and without any food

Poor sleep. Most people don’t get enough high quality sleep, that shit ages the fuck out of you. Ever seen a meth junkie before and after? Yeah they age so bad due to the benders of chronic sleep deprivation.

Meditate once everyday or once twice a day
It reduces cortisol overtime
Cortisol is a stress hornone also causing aging

Really? I heard Asians have some of the best aging genes and they have extremely flat maxillas

what bones in specific?
Asians have neoteny in their features, which means they retain the most features from their infancy which makes them look younger, but the drawback is that they also end up looking less mature. Neoteny is the reason of them looking young for long
