Been off and on anti depressants, only ever felt worse or numb and a shell of the person i once was

The worst thing for me is the stomach pain I got from naprox. My dad has sensitive stomach lining due to genetics, probably why I feel like shit.

Just gonna eat steamed chicken and fish and eggs for awhile. Need to reset.
