its a cluster B personality disorder, and from what I can see just below me:

you must suffer from a lack of self-confidence, and I am not saying this in a malicious way; acting like a narc will not give you the confidence you're seeking, rather it will create a false identity that you will constantly be aware of it being an act.

if I am to view this from a more negative, distrusting light, then I would say you're already a narc who is posing as someone with low self-esteem, and is seeking validation from random people online to make yourself feel better, but sadly, you chose the wrong place for this as people here will most likely tell you the exact opposite of what you want to hear.

my point is, either you're a narc who is trying to act like you aren't, or you're being a moron thinking acting like a narc will give you some sort of 'bad boy' halo, and / or will provide you with confidence (which can be obtained in a myriad of other, far more positive ways.)
