This Is because all there ratios and other bones are also well developed and in tune for it

The moment he shows his profile it's very apparent that he suffers from downward growth, someone with that amount of bone mass and protrusion usually have a healthy amount of forward growth. When trying to fraud by adding on to a downward growth face with forward projection the results are going to look a bit off and funky depending on how much you're trying to fraud

I've seen good chin implant results on downward growth faces but if you want to go the extra mile with such a defined jaw you'll usually want to get some form of bimax so the result doesn't come off uncanny




Any good wrap around jaw implant results though the more I see the more of a joke they become

Chin augmentation usually comes along with the wrap around jaw implant. If it's just chin then it's a chin implant, if it's just the sides of a jaw they're mandibular angle implants, wrap around jaw implants well, as the name suggests wrap around and encompass the entirety of the lower jaw
