Narrow face + close set eyes?

help, i have a relatively narrow zygo width (about 14cm flat) and my esr is .44.8 which is ideal but on the lower end.

Is zygo implants/filler out of the question? it would most likely push my esr a tiny below average but stuff like my 64/65mm IPD and 31mm ICD would stay the same so? worth or not?

Zygo width of 14 is average and your esr is decent. And it depends on where you place your zygo implants, infra-malars doesn't necessarily make zygo width more wide. Your values seem oversll good, its probably something else that is wrong

whats great esr is mine is decent? also my zygo is narrow for me because i have a tall skull (21cm face length) so average width hurts my fwhr/tfwhr

Hmm I would need a pic to determine but doesn't seems like a big problem, which facial thrird is dominant, if upper get a hair cut

14cm bizygo is normal and is the ideal for most people. your ratio's mog me to mumbai. try a 142mm bizygo with a 60mm ipd (0.42 ESR). appreciate what you have

being an ipdcel fucking sucks man. i see mfs on here crying about how "subhuman" they are when all they need is just simple jaw surgery or rhino to ascend to htn+ while cyclopses like me need fucking experimental craniomaxillofacial surgery where your skull is split open and moved around like a jigsaw puzzle that carries the risk of blindness and death in order to ascend.

I pray that Giant's subcranial OBO and Tripod stuff goes well, and he continues to refine it to where it might become a rare, but atleast practiced cosmetic surgery.

I'm not sure yet. I know Giant did a case a couple months back where he did OBO + Tripod and supposedly it was a success with no strabismus so take that for what you will. This stuff is all in it's infancy for cosmetics so you better have a high risk tolerance.

my pfl is like 28mm so icd is probably around 26mm i'd wager. the spacing between the eyes it self isn't that bad, more so the blank lateral space

Yeah, the 143 mm bizygo makes most of that Indeed odd. I sympathise, truly. You don’t seem to have a bad attitude btw; being stuck in pig shit but still behaving in a sensible way (at least what I’m seeing here) is admirable.
