Narrow Maxilla?

My maxilla is very forward grown and upswung giving me an excellent side profile, however, it’s very narrow around the sides as evident by my 39 imw giving me a very melted appearance from the front. Is MSE what I need? I have a weird sort of overbite where my front teeth rest together, but when I bite down, they overlap. Is expanding the palate a means of fixing this?
