you don't have to extract natural teeth, basically the orthodontist will get a custom shell made of material that resembles the tooth and adds it onto your natural teeth and in between the negative spaces of your mouth

Average male is 41.7mm with SD of 2.8mm.
Mine is 39.0mm, a full SD below the mean and thus an LTN palate width. 45.0mm would be a HTN-Chadlite palate width.

Who would have thought it, yet another failo on my face?
Maybe I can get segmental lefort 1.

The distance between the front cusps, closest to the tongue, of the sixth pair of teeth, was considered to be the palatal width in some study I found.
