Narrow palate (help me)

My palate is so fucking Narrow and my dentist and ortho won’t give me an expander. I have consultation with maxillofacial doctor can he give or recommend me an expander I’m getting a sleep study? Or nah they only do hard surgeries
They already are gonna cut my tongue tie
