Narrow Palate

Hey guys, I got a problem, I'm 17 and my palate is narrow to the point that one of my canines overlap my teeth. Crowding on top and bottom.

This causes an asymmetry in my lip area, the right side of my lip is thinner/lower. This is really affecting my symmetry. I can't afford braces. I bought an expander online like 4 months ago but I guess my package got lost so I'm gonna get a refund. What should I do?

I've been mewing since for 2 years, tbh my jaw and foreward growth isn't bad, I just dont like the assymetry this crowded tooth is giving me. I'll check out the rest of the things you listed though.

At 17, MSE+MSDO is the only option bro, forget about the expander. Only MSE can increase your cheekbones

I was refering to the devices you mentioned as expanders. Where do I get them at? Do I ask my orthodontist?

You need to find an MSE practitioner, lots in the USA and spain

They're not really "devices", they're both surgeries paired with some sort of devices. MSDO cuts your chin bone in half and makes your lower palate expand by widening your whole lower jaw/chin. MSE widens your maxilla by cutting it.

MSE doesnt cut your maxilla
Its drilled into the upper arch, and then turned with a screw, the suture splits and the maxilla progressively widens
