Narrow palate

I have a narrow palate with crowding, but a lower jaw the same size as the palate; but with no crowding


So does that mean my lower jaw is also narrow or what?

And if i get a palate wxpander, what will they do if my palate is wider than my mandible??

basically your lower jaw is narrow because obviously your lower jaw follows the positioning and size of your maxilla (upper jaw) so if its narrow then your lower jaw is narrow and if you get a pallet expander once your upper pallet is fully expanded they'll move the lower teeth using braces to match the increased size but if youre 12 and under jfl theyll put an expander on your lower jaw as well
